We provided comprehensive façade engineering services for the unitized curtain wall system of Ulus Plaza in Tekirdağ, Türkiye. Our scope included the structural design of the façade system together with the design and coordination of cast-in channel anchors, which were incorporated into the reinforced concrete structure during the early construction stages to ensure accurate installation and efficient load transfer. Given the project's high seismic demand, cast-in channel anchors were selected in place of post-installed anchors, with their design fully coordinated with the reinforced concrete detailing to ensure reliable load transfer and constructability.

The façade engineering design addressed wind, seismic and serviceability requirements while optimising the interaction between the building structure and the curtain wall system. Through detailed engineering analyses and close collaboration with the structural and construction teams, we developed an efficient façade solution that balanced architectural intent, structural performance and long-term durability while facilitating accurate installation on site.
