Peer review on sub-Saharan Africa's tallest private residential tower.
88 Nairobi Condominium
International real estate development and investment firm Lordship Africa has broken ground on what will be the tallest private residential building in sub-Saharan Africa.
Named as 88 Nairobi Condominium, the ambitious residential apartment project will be built in Nairobi's Upper Hill district.
Designed to five-star hotel standards, and aligned with World Bank and EU safety requirements, the tower will have 12000 squarefeet of rental space over 44 floors, and an additional 16000 squarefeet of lush gardens space.
We, as MBY, are currently performing peer reviews on the reinforced concrete structural designs of the project, as per American standards for our international client, Lordship Africa.
