Provided early-stage engineering consultancy for the curtain wall system of the Benghazi Towers development. Our scope included reviewing the proposed façade structural concepts, assessing key engineering considerations, and providing independent technical recommendations to support the design team during the initial project development.

The mixed-use development consists of residential, hotel and office towers with distinct architectural characteristics. Our consultancy focused on improving the structural feasibility, buildability and overall engineering approach of the façade system before the detailed design phase.
