Interior structures inside a historic Manhattan building.
Core Club NYC — 711 Fifth Avenue
Located in one of New York's historic buildings, 711 Fifth Avenue, The Core Club serves as an inspiration to the global community. Situated in the lively city of NYC, the club spans three floors of 711 Fifth Avenue. Our ongoing project focuses on renovating the 15th to 18th floors of this building. With a planned investment of 40 million US dollars, the project includes the addition of amenities such as a restaurant, meeting rooms, suites, gym, and SPA.
In this project, MBY's scope includes the structural design of various interior elements such as the culinary lab bar counter, speakeasy bar counter, restaurant bar, staircase, headboard, wooden lattice, screening room, and lift cabinet.
