Steel support and lifting engineering for prefabricated pipe spools.
Newman Power Plant — Pipe Rack
Provided structural engineering services for the external piping works of the Newman Power Plant project, including the structural design of steel support frames and lifting and transportation engineering for prefabricated pipe spool assemblies. The scope focused on developing safe, practical and fabrication-friendly support solutions suitable for off-site manufacturing and site installation.
The engineering works included structural analysis of the steel frames under construction load cases, together with lifting and transportation calculations to verify the integrity of the assemblies during handling, lifting and shipment. Particular attention was given to temporary load conditions, lifting points and stability throughout the fabrication and installation process.
