What sets us apart

Written by engineers

We did not outsource these tools. They were built by engineers who deliver projects — in seismic risk and in façade calculation alike, we set the assumptions ourselves.

Established methodologies

On the seismic side, FEMA P-154 rapid visual screening, FEMA P-58 performance-based loss assessment and USGS soil classification; on the façade side, the applicable design standards. Results rest on an auditable basis.

Minimal input

No site visit, no drawing set, no long forms. A coordinate is enough for the risk tools, a handful of parameters for the façade tools; the software builds the rest.

From one structure to a portfolio

The secure API evaluates a single building or a portfolio of thousands, and district-scale polygon screening runs on the same engine. The same range applies on the façade side, from a single glass unit to an entire curtain wall system.
